Patient Access API – Under Construction
At Lakeshore Regional Entity (LRE), we know how busy life can be and how challenging it can be to get access to your healthcare records when you need them.
LRE is currently working to enable patient portal technology that will enable information sharing with third party applications seamlessly through a standard Application Program Interface (API).
Until that ongoing work is complete, you can obtain access to your healthcare records by contacting the CMHSP where services were authorized or provided to enable access through a CMH patient portal or to request copies of your records: Lakeshore Regional Entity CMH websites

Provider Data API – Currently Available
To access LRE Provider data in a searchable and human readable interface (including options to download the data in .pdf or machine-readable format), Start here: https://mirecovery.org/community-mental-health-providers/
Provider data is also available for Lakeshore Regional Entity providers through Payer-to-Payer data exchange via FHIR based (API). To request authorization for the use of the Provider API, contact the LRE’s Customer Services department and ask for a Provider API Access Request form: (800) 897-3301
